1. Product Description
Y molecular sieve is a microporous molecular sieve with an FAU structure, with a super cage cavity inner diameter of approximately 1.3nm and a twelve membered ring pore diameter of 0.74nm. It is precisely because Y-type molecular sieves have large cavities and a three-dimensional twelve membered ring pore system that various organic molecules can enter the supercages and undergo catalytic reactions.
Y molecular sieves include NaY, HY, high silicon HY, USY, etc.
The silicon aluminum ratio of high silicon Y zeolite can range from 60 to 120, and this product has excellent adsorption performance for volatile organic compounds, even in high humidity environments.
2. Applicaiton
Y molecular sieve is mainly used for the adsorption of environmentally friendly VOCs, and is widely used in fluidized catalytic cracking (FCC), catalytic cracking, hydrogenation cracking catalysts, as well as adsorption separation purification agents and desiccants.
High silicon Y can be applied to the removal and treatment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), air purification, and wastewater treatment. Widely used in various adsorption treatment devices, such as fixed beds and zeolite wheels; Has excellent adsorption capacity for benzene homologues such as benzene, toluene, xylene, chlorobenzene, and dichlorobenzene; Has excellent adsorption capacity for organic compounds such as hydrocarbons, alcohols, and aldehydes in C5-C12; It also has good adsorption capacity for organic small molecules such as methanol, acetone, and chloroform.
